Elaine Earle, Principal & Account Manager
Elaine Earle is an accomplished publisher and management professional with 20 years of experience working in public relations and management. Elaine has actively worked as a Certified Public Accountant for over 15 years and currently oversees the financial operations of several companies that she owns in the real estate, insurance, travel and media industries. Elaine started her career at KPMG, a “Big 4” accounting firm and served as an expat for KPMG for three years in three foreign countries. Elaine currently serves as Publisher on four consumer magazine titles consisting of lifestyle magazines, real estate magazines, shopper magazines and TravelHost: Northern Arizona & Phoenix magazines. Elaine also serves as Publisher on several destination marketing titles including Official Visitor Guides, tourism maps and other custom products. Elaine has experience bringing a “one firm” solution to clients through developing a highly-skilled, diverse and dynamic team to achieve established objectives. Elaine has created and executed custom action plans for clients including text, mobile, digital and social media marketing and printed publications including leading advertising sales and distribution. Elaine has a passion for traveling and has been to over 30 foreign countries.
Larry Bagan, Chief Operating Officer & Sales Manager
Larry Bagan provides twenty-plus years of media experience, including successful tenures at Putman Media, Hanley Wood, Chilton/Cahners and McGraw-Hill. Larry is a true solutions-provider and loves to share his media knowledge and best practices with marketing partners. During his publishing career, Larry has assisted many economic development commissions including the Missouri Economic Development Partnership and the Greater Topeka Chamber of Commerce. A graduate of the University of Tampa, Larry possesses a strong marketing and sales mindset and loves to assist organizations with growing revenue and market share.
Tim Clarke, Creative Director
Tim Clarke is a digital design professional with more than 25 years of experience. He has worked professionally as Creative Director, Art Director, Graphic Designer, Web Developer, Photographer and Production Manager. Tim was most recently employed as the Art Director at Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona, where he managed the school’s alumni magazine and web presence for six years. Prior to Thunderbird, Tim was the Creative Director at the Phoenix Business Journal for more than eight years. Tim is responsible for all creative consulting, magazine design, print production and web development for ROX Media. He manages production of multiple publications, including a monthly Smart Shopper and 928Homes, and a bi-monthly Golden Corridor LIVING Magazine. He also maintains multiple Drupal and WordPress websites for the company and external clients.
Beatrice Lueck, General Manager
Beatrice Lueck has over 22 years experience in multiple advertising media including print (magazine, daily and weekly newspaper), direct mail, television and web. Bea is heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of various publications to ensure all deadlines are met. Bea is responsible for editorial submissions and ghost writes several featured articles. In addition to editorial, she is responsible for over 60 advertising clients each month. Her clients include Banner Regional Medical Center, Central Arizona College, Access Arizona and other regional organizations and businesses. Bea was part of a group of local business leaders that invested in and brought low-power television to western Pinal County. She served as general manager and broadcast engineer, responsible for all operations under FCC regulation. She also was a news anchor and conducted on-air interviews of many public figures including seated governors, Congressional and Senate officials in addition to other local dignitaries. While Bea is focused on the various publications, she remains an active real estate agent with Coldwell Banker ROX Realty and has achieved membership in the prestigious Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle for production volume. Bea is active in the community with several area non-profit organizations and is a past president of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Casa Grande Valley. Bea is a founding member of VisitCasaGrande.
Katie Mayer, Senior Copywriter & Public Relations Director
Katie Mayer is an accomplished copywriter and public relations/marketing professional with over a decade of experience working in public relations, public affairs and journalism. Through her writing, she currently helps clients in a variety of industries develop and share their brand stories and build visibility in their target markets. Throughout her career, Katie has gained valuable knowledge and experience working in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. She has developed and implemented successful statewide marketing campaigns while working for the Court Appointed Special Advocate program of the Arizona Supreme Court. During her time working for the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Katie developed a communications strategy and social media strategy which engaged and informed 40,000 alumni living in 170 countries. As a former print journalist with the East Valley Tribune, Katie understands how to tell a story and loves to identify the unique and special details that set her clients apart. She is committed to building strong relationships with clients and helping them uncover and showcase their stories. Whether it’s outstanding employees, important work or much-needed products and services, Katie seeks to find these stories and bring them to the forefront.
Jake Pagano, Senior Graphic Designer
Jake Pagano is an experienced and driven graphic designer who is committed to exceeding clients’ expectations through creating eye-catching and memorable artwork. His creative design work can be found in dozens of consumer, travel and lifestyle publications throughout Arizona. Prior to his current role as graphic designer for ROX Media Group, Jake has worked as a marketing associate for ACO Polymer Products, Inc. and was creative director for IMPACT Church, where he created and oversaw all advertising, promotional videos and direct mail. The church was among the fastest-growing churches in the country and Jake was a leader in this effort. Early in his career, Jake also held internships with numerous high profile organizations, such as the Rochester Red Wings (Minnesota Twins AAA affiliate) and the historic Victoria Theatre in Dayton, Ohio, which presents touring Broadway, comedy and family shows. Jake is currently responsible for a number of publications at ROX Media Group including Quad City Shopper, Sun Health LiveWell and 928 Homes. He also assists with many other publications for the company. Clients appreciate Jake’s excellent communication, diligence with meeting deadlines and ability to listen to ideas and bring them to life through his designs.
Julie Turetzky, Public Relations & Marketing Manager
Julie Turetzky is a marketing professional with 20 years of experience working in client and agency settings. Julie has created and managed marketing strategies across many industries, designed to meet client objectives and stay within an established budget. She has experience in public relations, advertising, print collateral, outdoor, radio, and television, as well as branding, packaging, and tradeshows. She has also worked in publishing as a marketing manager with House Beautiful special interest publications; ensuring advertiser programs were delivered as contracted. Julie is an excellent communicator and able to keep projects aligned with their pre-determined strategy.
Chip Souza, Digital Marketing Manager
As a seasoned digital marketing professional, Chip has worked for Facebook as an advertising representative in the company’s Start to Success program and as a dedicated account manager for the Marketing Expert program. Chip enjoys educating and training business clients across many sectors in best practices for Facebook advertising as well as working with companies to implement successful digital marketing campaigns. Chip has worked with campaign ad budgets ranging from $100 to $5,000 in daily spending with quarterly portfolio accounts spending $6 million and has also helped clients build their digital presence on other social media platforms such as Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Chip is the founder of WordPress design studio Taxi Digital Marketing, where he helped clients refresh their branding, update their websites and execute social media campaigns. He brings fresh ideas and a sincere passion to each digital project he undertakes and to every client he serves.
Jerry Chinn, Videographer and Photographer
Jerry Chinn’s is an award-winning and college-educated documentary filmmaker and photographer with more than 30 years of professional experience. Whether through film or still photography, his passion is telling stories that enlighten and inspire the viewer. This passion began early in life and continued through photojournalism studies at the University of Utah and as a photo/film major at the renowned Art Center College of Design, Los Angeles. For several years following college, he worked as freelance advertising photo-illustrator. Closing his Los Angeles studio to accept work in the television and motion picture industry, Jerry spent the next ten years doing “graduate study,” working on big-budget feature films, television productions and commercials. Leaving Hollywood productions behind and relocating to Arizona in 1991, Jerry has pursued his goal of producing documentary films that tell a human interest story. His 2007 documentary feature, Raindance in a Storm, was shown at film festivals across the country, including two sold-out screenings at the Sedona International Film Festival. In addition, Jerry has produced, written and directed a number of short-form institutional videos, used for training and fundraising purposes, and which have shown on public and commercial television. He has also produced video for electronic distribution and websites, including one for Arizona Highways’ photo workshop website. Jerry’s film/video productions have earned two Telly Awards, while his still photos have won numerous awards and appeared in international and national publications. Between productions, Jerry has taken time to mentor students at Prescott College and teach courses at Yavapai College. For Jerry, film/video is the perfect medium for combining his innate curiosity regarding human nature and motivation, his undergraduate study in psychology, and three years of experience as a peer counselor at an adult counseling center. “Winning hearts and minds isn’t about what people think, it’s about what they feel.” Videography and photography samples available upon request.
Allen “Izzy” Butler, Videographer and Photographer
Allen is a native of Arizona and a graduate of Grand Canyon University. Allen graduated summa cum laude from GCU, and has studied and practiced a wide range of artistic expressions including audio engineering, video production, photography, web development, and studio session work. Allen has been the managing director at Schnebly Hill Recording Studio for over 20 years, and has led the firm in the expansion of its visual media production department under the Schnebly Hill Media brand since 2007. Allen has worked on many projects in the areas of audio, photo, and video production, as well as Web development for The LPGA, RotorSwing Marine, Banner Health, M. D. Anderson Cancer Research Centers, BBC 2, Republic Media, The Brand Consortium, Independent Newspapers Group, Sun Health, and many others. Allen is incredibly passionate about his work, and is an effective team lead in all areas of marketing, promotion, and brand development. Allen exemplifies customer service, and possesses a strong set of leadership skills that ensures projects are completed with alacrity and meet or exceed client expectations on a consistent basis.
